The inaugural season of Footy Japan's 'Magnificent Sevens' Summer League will run during the TML close season, giving a chance for players to keep their skills honed and their fitness up during the summer. It's also a great chance for teams to try out new players before the start of TML season 7.

Venue: Yokohama Country & Athletic Club

Period: Sunday June 21st to the weekend of August 22nd/23rd

Times: Saturday &/or Sunday evenings (7~8 or 8~9pm)

Participating Teams: YC&AC, British FC, Hibernian FC, Kanto Celts, FC International, Zion FC, Panthers FC, Shane FC, Variatore FC, SSFC.

Format: To fully utilize the time/ground available, there are some changes from the usual 1 day 7's tournaments.
Matches: 1 period of 25 minutes straight (NO HT) each team will play 2 matches back to back on a night.
Pitches: 2 pitches will be set up across the main YCAC pitch, with 3/4 sized goals (same as for Charity 7's)
Pairings: Teams will be paired so that 2 pairs will play each oter on a night
(e.g. A1 vs B1 & A2 vs B2 then A1 vs B2 & B1 vs A2) on the final evening, ALL teams will play thier 'partner' team to complete the league, followed bty award ceremony.
Players: 7 players (inc GK) + up to 5 revolving subs.
Registration: As this is just a 10 week league, there will no player registration fee, but a player may ONLY play for 1 team in the league(NO TRANSFERS).
Discipline: Any player receiving a red card will miss the next match. Violent conduct WILL NOT be tollerated and will result in expulsion from the 7's league. All Players MUST agree to the same rules & conditions for playing in the TML
